This spring, we decided to take advantage of Wisconsin's unpredictable weather to show you just how durable MegaPix and GigaPix are. With an IP54 rating, these pixel wash fixtures are protected against dust and rain.
To name just a few of the features found inside, MegaPix and GigaPix are built with IP65-rated fans, heat sinks for cooling, and a bellow system that prevents water from getting into the housing
In the months they were installed outside, these two units were hit with rain, snow, and even a hail storm. We brought them back in the studio to take a closer look at how the fixtures handled the elements.
