It has been a year for celebration at ETC. We've come a long way since our founders began work on the [Mega Cue in 1975](https://info.etcconnect.com/megacue), bringing ETC as we know it to life.

Long-time partner (and another Middleton, WI local), [Full Compass](https://www.fullcompass.com/) joined us at the Headquarters building to explore our factory and talk with our team about the legacy of ETC and where we're heading next.

Hear from Dennis Varian (VP of R&D), Mike Dahlman (Assistant Team Lead, Source Four LED Manufacturing), and Katie O'Connell (Architectural Regional Sales Manager), about where we've been and where we're going—and why people are at the heart of it all.
